Parents should:
Guide and supervise younger children during class hours.
Ensure a sleep time of at least eight hours for your ward.
Ensure your child has breakfast at least two hours before yoga, which is the first session of the day. ( Children can also have breakfast during the break following the yoga session. In the latter case, it may be beneficial to have something light, such as fruit, before doing yoga.)

What Not To Do
Students should not:
Use foul language while conversing with their peers and teachers.

Parents should not:
Prompt your ward when the teacher is questioning them, as it adversely contributes to their development. Kindly understand that the teacher is trying to assess your child’s conceptual understanding and do the needful.
